- Milestone 1: First up, join Erin Boyle in Everyday Minimalism: Finding Peace by Living Simply, a Skillshare Original. Learn how living with less can unlock a life of more — more energy and more time to do the things you love. Through her own journey, Erin discovered that living simply was not only more affordable, but also more sustainable for her happiness and the environment. You’ll learn Erin’s accessible approach to minimalism that can help reduce overwhelm and burn out, and spark the change you need. Share before and after photos of your space in the Project Gallery by December 2nd.
- Milestone 2: Next, join illustrator and writer Mari Andrew in Drawing as Self-Discovery: 5 Ways to Start, a Skillshare Original. Mari shares how drawing can help you process your emotions and promote self-discovery. You’ll complete easy, fun exercises that will help you go deep, reflect on your emotions, and visualize your dreams for the future. If you want to, share one or more of your drawings in the Project Gallery by December 11th.
- Milestone 3: Now that you’ve thought about your space and drawn from your feelings, join writer and speaker Yasmine Cheyenne and put those thoughts into words in Writing for Self Discovery: 6 Journaling Prompts for Gratitude and Growth, a Skillshare Original. Through six meditative writing prompts, you’ll gain tools and frameworks to open your mind and leave judgment behind. Share the pie chart of your day in the Project Gallery by December 21st.
