Ever used an app that gave you a warm fuzzy feeling, or made you laugh? What is it about these experiences that reaches us on an emotional level? Beginning Monday, November 16th, join us while we redesign a product experience to make it emotionally compelling for our users. We'll work together through storyboards and journey lines, define "ownable moments", and use various design techniques to curate and redesign product experiences.
