Healthy Eating and Exercise / Workout.

One day my mom forced me to get a gym membership and get out of my house for a bit, sure enough quickly I fell in love with the process.

Since the age of 14 I have been getting into this world, and got to do all kinds of amazing sports also. Currently I have a VERY big weekly workout and nutrition routine I do boxing & gym training (running as well) for around 5 years, and developed great eating habits. I tell you this to give a personal example as your instructor, so you know my experience.

I believe our body is the most important thing, and we cannot just forget about it, taking good care of it will make sure you will feel mentally better, more productive, stronger, confident, and most importantly - HEALTHY.

Now I know that it seems hard but when it becomes a habit and a lifestyle, you cannot get enough of it! and thats exactly what i'm going to teach you in my classes related to this category.

How to actually enjoy & want to workout, eat good and make that progress!

Spin Fishing.

Yes. my favorite habit of all times! in the last few years I have mastered the art of spin fishing.

After alot of tears and blood (haha) losing lots of lures, lines, and getting frustrated...

I can say it was so worth it. spin fishing is no normal fishing, if you like to fish you know the feeling.

Catching my first fish ever was a 1.5kg spanish mackerel, standing on the doc alone at 6am feeling a huge bite, hook setting and fighting a damn monster, I will never forget this day.

I wanna teach you ALL the basics you will need to go out there on your own fishing adventure!

Personal development - habits, productivity, confident, happiness.

Life can be a mess, but it is for a reason. Life itself will get you through your biggest lessons.

I wanna share some life lessons I have managed to gain & learn through my pain & failures.

I truly believe they have made me who I am today, and trust me, they are not done!

We always learn, we always develop, and we always change. and its always for the better, even if your going through hard times, I know you probably heard it. but its happening for you, you will know what I mean when the time comes.
