I'm pretty satisfied with this scrub jay picture as a first-time attempt at drawing.  The proportions of the head, tail, and body aren't quite right but I figure that gets easier with practice.  Also, drawing the feet was particularly tricky.  I'm definitely looking forward to the Mark Making class.
