I happen to have a scan of a watercolor wash I did for another Skillshare class. Lucky me. I used it to create this cat along with the pin light mode. 

Next I used the negative brush to create this version. I found I had to make a number of layers with the mutiply mode to get the features to come through. 

Last was the hard mix experiment. Great class as usual Helen!
