Hi Jose, everyone! So here's my project (I wish every project in my life was as delicious as this one). I forgot to take a photo of my ingredients, but here's my dough kneaded by hand as I have only a hand mixer. It was a meditative and therapeutic experience of some way. I halved the ingredients for both sauce and dough and still had the dough for 2 pies and sauce for 10 more!

I made pizza with onion (soaked in balsamic), chicken and mushrooms. I also used provolone and mozzarella mix and liked it a lot. Pizza hot from the oven.
