Thank You, Liz. I switched between Affinity Designer and Procreate. I still try to figure out the glitch with the lines you can see in AD when creating objects. Sometimes your tip works sometimes not, then zooming in or out will do the job, it’s actually kind of annoying, but I remember, that with  Illustrator, I had the same problem, maybe it is the snapping tolerance you can change in the magnetic tools prefs. ? I will try this tomorrow.

Yes that drives me crazy too!  I've asked them about it and they say it's a display issue rather than an issue with the actual image.  Also I've noticed it with half pixels, so if you create a square that is 100 x 100 pixels it won't occur, but if the square is 100.5 x 100.5 there will be a line.  So sometimes working in whole numbers can help!
