I'm doing this class through a workshop and will try to update my project daily :)

Day 1: Journey

I started with the stairs and the signpost, and then I had the idea that where the stairs end, there is not only a gate to wherever but also a spring and a waterfall and a stream flowing down to the bottom into a little lake. I think I should draw more watery things, I need more practice there. But I like how I discovered that one only needs a few strokes to picture berry bushes, trees, tulips or cattails.

Day 2: Cloudwatching

I did a similar drawing exercise (using colorful 'blobs') quite often, therefore I decided to use a scribbled line this time, which I find a lot more complicated. But I got some funny looking character out if it, so it was worth the challenge :)

Day 3: Feeling Slow

This time I used my Pentel brush pen and I was amazed how tiny lines I can draw when I take it slow! (For reference - the picture is about 4x4cm big.)

Day 4: Shake It Up

I'm not sure what to say about that one, besides: I had fun. I started with an orange Ecoline Brush Pen, but switched soon to my five Polychromos.

Day 5: Metamorphosis

When I heard that prompt, I suddenly wanted to draw a turtle, and now there is a turtle, its shell and something like a naked turtle :'D

This was fun! I drew some colorful blobs and then looked for creatures.

First I was unsure if I liked it, but after adding some striped boxes it became cute, and I kinda like the style!
