I am currently working on a childrens book illustration and I found that the expressions of my characters were lacking. I already worked with a lot of Iras classes and when I found this one I knew it would help me along my personal process. As always I was not disapointed.

I have mainly been working on this childlike lion character and am excited to dive deeper into his personality. The course has been extremely helpful, especially the section on various emotions, Ira’s comments, and his tips on where I can find more inspiration.

I’m looking forward to practicing more and returning to the project after some time to explore it in greater depth.
