In this project, you will take on the role of a course creator selling your online program to a potential buyer who expresses hesitation. On the surface, the objection sounds like a pricing issue and needing to consult a partner, but as you dig deeper, you'll uncover that the real objection is fear of failure.
You will practice navigating this hidden concern with empathy and clarity while maintaining trust and integrity in the sales conversation.
After completing the scenario, make sure to do the following:

Clearly outline how you applied each of the Four Steps (Listen, Understand, Respond, Confirm) to handle the objection.

Submit your completed response as a dialogue or step-by-step breakdown to the project gallery.
