goals: splits by April. get fitter and stronger by doing Starting Strength 3 days a week, c25k 3 days a week, and yoga once a week. also stretch at least 3 days a week (for splits) and hopefully adding ab ripper x in there too for ab improvement. I want to be the sexiest librarian out there ;)
Been keeping up with my runs and weightlifting and stretching. Working on adding a second day of yoga a week (hopefully) though that's more to get my man in better shape. Still have to add ab ripper x. Maybe tonight!
