the idiot croissant: a food blog

af77d1a5

I started out wit the intention of sharing recipes and improving my photography and writing skills. I've been working steadily on theidiotcroissant.com for about 4 months now and hope to expand into travel journaling and simple, budget entertainment.

There are many food blogs experimenting with new combinations of foods and never-before-used exotic ingredients, and that is great. My vision for idiot croissant is more of a writing journal style with simple, honest, farm-to-table recipes that you can evolve into your own personal style.

Inspired by my travels throughout Europe, I'm developing recipes based in whole foods that can be purchased from local craftsmen and farmers markets and I plan to cover more of this culture in my immediate area as well as report on my travels to Europe's farmer's markets.

Cheers.
