i like the tipps in this class a lot, but for me, physical pen and paper help me ground my mind and focus. just before this class i came up with a new layout in my notebook / bullet journal. for the following week, i want to stick with it. it helps me, having "everything" in one book, and the week and tasks on one page. and to manually color them when finished. i developed a time-tracker with a priority list nearby. probably i will show an empty format, or make a mini-class, if there is enough interest in these paper tools. the most difficult distraction for me is seeing too many things to do, and the most useful is to purposefully decide, what i do now.
