midday workout

I'm a strong upholder and a moderate obliger. 

I signed up for this course because I want to be more consistent in my ability to meet the goals I set for myself. I'm good at making plans but then I don't follow the ones that are important to me (because I prioritize the commitments I've made to others more highly). I'm a productive worker but I would like to do better at prioritizing the important over daily, repetitive tasks.

My most consistent good habit for the past 4 years has been to do some kind of exercise every day (at least 5/7 days a week, often more). But I haven't been pushing myself to make the kind of progress I want to see, and I often squeeze exercise in to a busy day rather than making it a priority.
