i'm a morning person

i've been in the habit of waking up before 5am daily for quite sometime, though some days i hit the snooze button and stay in bed a little longer. I will try the hacks you mentioned i.e keeping my phone out of reach and jumping up within 3 seconds.

I also love the questions you posed. Its absolutely important to know your WHY and have it constantly guide your actions.
