brisk walk every morning

I chose this small project as it tied in with my dual aims of getting up early and getting fitter. I also want to control my eating habits, but as I don't eat whilst walking I suppose it helps that too :)

I have been succesful at keeping my new good habit daily, but I feel I need to modify it to ensure I get up earlier and then make it a regular routine like clockwork.
