Zumma Street - Juice Bar

Zumma Street is a Juice bar project in Spain.

Our store will be located 500 feet (150m) away from the beach, with beach tourists (females 35-50yo) as our expected customers.

INTRODUCTION

Southern Spain is the greenhouse of Europe, and it is also the sunniest place in the EU.

The highest quality produce is grown here and then exported around the globe, however, bottled, and tetrabrick packaged sugary juices is all you can aspire to drink when you look for a refreshing beverage around here.

We think people deserve better, we would like to locally change the fast food quality standards and expectations of people.

We believe this change might require a cultural shift in a change adverse environment that is also submerged in an economic struggle, but we think is worth it.

We have VERY little capital (around 9k) so we are looking for ways to start cheap and minimize economic risks.

OUR P WORDS

We have prioritized

PROMOTION & PURPLE: The use of remarkable promotion campaingns in the beach as our summertime customers will be with us for short periods and it will be difficult to develop a relationship with them.

PEOPLE LIKE US: What (where) are other tourists like me eating and drinking?

POSITIONING: Who are we in the market, we believe this might have more relevance for local residents who can develop a long lasting relationship with us.

Apart from these backbone concepts, we believe there is potencial to PLACEBO effects because of the use o fresh, natural, locally grown produce, but we are kind of clueless as how to work it out at the moment.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF OUR PROJECT? LOVE TO HEAR FROM OUR CLASSMATES!!
