I've been thinking about my morning routine. I really like having one since it grounds me every morning especially when I can take my time. I'm wondering if it's better to include the duration to get a better idea of time? Or to keep it out? Except for the time I want to wake up, it just makes it feel like I have a long morning all to myself without a time limit.
I tend to get anxious about what to do throughout the day with all the work and productivity so having these simple moments really helps.
