Yummy Gyozas!

Hi Makiko!

Yesterday we made gyozas and they were delicious!

It was really easy to find all the ingredients in the Japanese supermarket.

Takes a little bit of time to prepare around 60 of them but it's worth it. We frozen around 2/3 of them so we will have for a couple more dinners.

We made the sauce with soy sauce and sesame oil.

We love Japanese food so from now on we will be making our own gyozas : )
