Your Brilliance Unlimited

I am the co-founder of an international charity that does both motivational presentations in Canada and international humanitarian projects with about 1000 volunteers every year in 4 different countries. I started the adoption of my only child in 2009. She is from Haiti and everything that could possibly go wrong did. The earthquake, my papers were destroyed, we were rejected for a visa, and we ended up divorced. Now I share custody of her but she still can't come to Canada  after 5 years so I commute between Toronto and Dominican Republic to be with her every two weeks. As a result, I was forced to make a decision about how I was going to survive and provide for her because it became unmanageable to keep my position with my charity. They brought in a new executive director and I now have created a business out of speaking, writing and coaching/consulting. However, I am decidedly not a freelancer. I am working towards creating an online membership subscription in my business. My ideal customers are women between the ages of 24 and 45 who identify with the need for continual self development for life and business and who are looking to continually educate themselves on how they can make a difference for themselves and globally.

My first book is coming out this year and I am also building writing and content development into my plan.

My unique position is that I have been involved in the non-profit sector for 15 years. I am now creating a business around bridging the gap between helping people develop their brilliance and insight to help them turn around and continue to make a difference in the world. I want to provide them wiht programs and opportunities to walk that out.
