Yogurt fruity popsicles!

Yogurt fruity popsicles! - student project

Hi Ohn Mar, thanks for inspiring me to create my first Skillshare project!

I chose to work with strawberries and kiwi because I liked how the colors complement each other.

I used two different brush pens (one soft and one tougher) to draw the fruits. The super soft one was great for flowy linework that showed the curves of the berries, but I returned to the less flexible pen for fine details. I also discovered that I had no idea how to write letters with a brush pen, so in the end i drew the words on an iPad :)

As I began to arrange the elements, I wanted to create a more playful composition that highlights the fun of summer treats. It took some time for me to experiment with things like transparency, overlapping graphics and rhythm.

After laying down all the basic vector elements, I used Photoshop for textures and more details. Here's the finished piece, which I'll upload to TDAC after making any revisions suggested :D

Update: I totally forgot to remove the gutter! Here's a new version.
