Workshop #5 Phase 3
Well it has been a bit of a marathon but a lot of fun as well as a huge learning curve. (I had never made a mock up until this workshop). Here is my end result.
Workshop #5 Phase 2
I have found this phase quite hard to come up with as I don't think that I have a big enough body of work. I also feel that my work needs more refining and tweaking. Having said that I thought I would use it as a practice run for the future. :)

Workshop #4 Phase 4
(Note that web and blog mentioned are under development but I thought I'd add them anyway.)
Workshop #4 Phase 3
Larger Scale for seeing detail:
Workshop #4 Phase 2
Workshop #3 Phase 5
I couldn't decide on three so ended up with four. A couple of these I have already put up but decided to keep them as focals and tweak them a little. I have stayed with my original colors with the exception of the last pattern.
Workshop #3 Phase 4
Still continuing on with my 'Summer Days' theme and adding a few more motives to possibly include in my focal prints along with what I already have.
Workshop #3 Phase 3:
Just a couple more doodles to build into my designs.
Workshop #2 Illustrate from Photos and Paintings
I had heaps of fun with these, although at one stage I thought I had 'bitten off more than I could chew'. I had to draw the cart with the blob brush tool as there was too much in the background to use live trace.
Workshop 2 Phase 5
Workshop 2 Phase 4
Workshop 2 Phase3
This is a collection of photos that I have snapped in the last couple of months using my iPhone. The cart is an old cart that we have sitting in our yard along with a couple of others that are a bit too far gone for this project. :) Some of the leaves needed a white background to come up clearly for the live trace tool so I just grabbed a couple of tissues and placed them underneath.
I got a bit carried away and put up six instead of three. ( Pattern making can be quite addictive :) )The first pattern is from the same color pallet as the second and third but with a black background added to the color pallet. The last three patterns are using only blues and greens from my color pallet.
Here is a screen shot of most of my sketches. I scanned most of them into my computer and took a few photos of them.
31/1/17 Snapshots from my Summer so far.
