Working on my Knife Moves ♫

Hey friends! Working on my knife moves today by chopping up an onion, bell pepper, carrot, and clove of garlic. I used carrots instead of celery since that's what I had on hand.

The rocking motion took some practice, but part of that was due to the shortness of the knife I was working wtih. The most helpful part of this class was learning how to properly hold the knife. It was a small shift, but it made a huge difference! I also liked learning the technique for cutting the onion.
