I have never been a fan of watercolors, but I recently got a big pack of them, so I decided to learn how to use them; I tried several classes to no avail until I found Ana Victoria Calderón's class! It was so clear and so easy to follow!
My monochromatic project was difficult to execute because I mixed my teal and did not make enough, silly me.
My favorite project was the jellyfish, they are my mother's favorite animal, and she adored them!
My next purchase is the white ink, I used acrylic, but they were not as smooth as I would have liked...
One thing I did which gave awesome results was to add the salt on a light-colored surface and put the dark paint directly on it, which controlled the movement of the dark into really cool spots, like on the purple jellyfish below.
