I've lost 20 lbs so far with a combo of weightwatchers and phentermine. But i've slid off my beaten path since Thanksgiving and am now trying to get back to losing the other 20 lbs.
Well, one week into this class and I have:
- started eating more on my plan; less sugar, refined carbs, more eating at home, less eating out.
- after grocery shopping; I took the time to prep fresh fruit for easy access/eating
- i made it to the gym twice this week
Next week's plan:
- stay on my eating plan: fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats and dairy
- hit the gym twice for a good workout
