Where We Shop--Good Food around the Place Leon Blum (Paris 11)

For some decades we have had a studio apartment in Paris 11. We have watched the neighborhood change over the years and today it is a vibrant, interesting, and non-touristy area of the city (except that the many restaurants and great chefs who have opened all over the 11th now draw a crowd).

Above is the second version of the map. Below is first  version. Color helped. Key on the side helped. Still trying to figure out how I can add stories about some of the storekeepers we have known for years and generally describe how food shopping in the  neighborhood has changed (and how it is evolving). And also answer the ultimate question: how canthere be a boulangerie on every corner?
