I learned so much about supplies to begin this art form that it is hard to pick just one! I guess you can say I had a major Ah-HA moment during the section on pencils. As I have just also begun to get into lettering I have started to question what the best pencil would be for me. Most recommendations are for a pencil not available in Canada and I thought if I could figure out the number-letter system being used, I could pick out my own pencil from what is available. Now I get it! Now I can boot off to the local Staples or Art Store and grab me some! Eureka was I think what came to mind. lol The most important tip that I am coming away from this course with is, "Buy the best quality paints you can afford." I now understand why spending the extra money makes complete sense. With that in mind, the supply I will purchase after taking the class is a a quality set of paints. Also definitely all 3 of the erasers given in the resource list. Since they all do distinctly different things which are very important for my water color and my lettering journey, it makes sense to spend the money. Thank you for creating this class. You have a gift for teaching and probably most importantly...the heart for teaching. Thanks again.
