Watercolor Seascape & Boats - image 1 - student projectThank you Zaneena for such a wonderful class that I have been so excited to do. Painting boats was such a valuable skill you taught which gives me a little more confidence in doing other painting projects here. I have watched the class twice and some segments a number of times just to be able to follow

I used phthalo blue by Winsor & Newton for the water. The boat I used Payne's grey. I used a Princeton quill brush to apply water and and first layer of paint plus dried with hair dryer (I couldn't wait). I was not getting the mountain right so I oped for the boat; then i asked myself "why!?!?'Watercolor Seascape & Boats - image 6 - student project
