Fitness plan: get hubby to help me, as I tend to run myself into the ground and get sick. He's been going to the gym for years and knows how to get results. I'm fairly new to this style of workout so I'm going to let him guide me. So, my first fitness habit is to not push too hard and get sick. I"m also learning about nutrition and together we're going to balance each other out.
