Waking up


I want to wake up earlier so that I can meditate, go for a run, and start work earlier than I do at present. My ideal waking up time would be 6:00. I usually wake up anywhere between 7 and 9, depending on how I've slept, and do meditate, stretch, and run, but I'd like to start work earlier and fit more into the day (and also do the morning things early enough that even when I need to leave the house early they can still fit in).
