Waking up with the world in a beautiful haze

The Habits that I want to do 

  1. Mediation
  2. Exercise
  3. Yoga/stretching
  4. Mkae bed
  5. Drink water

I do want to do the Daily Focus. I am still working on all of the days but I know for sure that on Saturdays I want to do Tai Chi.

7:00-7:15 - wake up; make bed; brush teeth; bathroom stuff

7:15-7:30- shower

7:30-8:00 - eat breakfast/coffee & watch a morning TV show (I'm thinking Spongebob; it always puts me in a silly and fun mood)

8:00-8:10- Journal & Daily goals

8:10-8:40 - Exercise

8:40-8:55 - Enjoy the outside sun. 

8:55-9:00- Meditate

9:00 - start daily goals or go to work
