Waking up early

My Habbit Personality Type breakdown:

Type 1: Upholder    6 Very strong tendency

Type 2: Questioner 4 Moderate tendency

Type 3: Rebel        4 Moderate tendency

Type 4: Obliger      2 Small tendency

Why I want to take this class:

I have a lifetime of good habbits that have ben dropped. I want to explore a method of creating habbits that I can stick to and remember to do. 

My best current habbit:

I used to get home and go straight to the couch/bed to "rest" Lately, I have been trying to do something productive (do the dishes/ shower/ clean up) so that that time isnt wasted. 

My new project:

I will wake up early to give myself more time before work
