Waking up early

Task Summary:
I want to wake up earlier because I want to have more time to take care of me (exercise) and to work on the things I love (writing, painting, meditation). I want to be a stronger, more motivated person and have a space I feel good in (cleaning).

Current wake time 6:30 a.m. weekdays to take kids to school. Goal is not to go back to bed.

Current bedtime: midnight - Goal is 10:30-11:00 p.m.

Goal: I want to learn to paint with watercolor and write a novel.
