Waking up and staying awake! - student project

Hi Zachary , loved the class.

I want to get up earlier to focus on the tasks I've given myself as part of my sefl improvement post lock down , now that I have more time. It's a funny one because I do get up early at 6.45 am , three times  a week as I'm part of a virtual mediation group , but then a cheeky nap comes along . 

So my aim is to get up at 5 am . Everywhere I read about successful people they all seem to be part of the 5 am club.
