WATERCOLOR - Modern Tribe Woman

SKETCHES \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Last sketches on the watercolor paper.

I never thought playing with the proportions would be so hard! I'm having a hard time trying not to be very detailed, not sure what to do with the legs and hands sometimes. I'll keep practicing and will be posting more sketches as I get better at this :)

Sorry for the crappy pictures.

INSPIRATION \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

This was tough, but I had to chose one of the many things that inspire me. I'm not that into fashion but I do love  the garments and create a story around them.

I've chosen the "Modern Tribe Woman", now I know you must be thinking about african patterns, bold colors, exagerated cuts, etc... but no. I see the tribe woman as a spiritual woman with profound passion towards nature going through the changes of colonization. That's why she's "modern", shes evolving her style towards a more european vibe but still trying to keep her roots.
