2. List out any selfish reasons why each player would need their contacts/friends to join the service

a. Online shoppers/consumers - want to show off to their friends how much progress they are making toward their goal of losing weight, becoming happier or reducing life stress.

b. TheMindMaster.com and resellers both want to increase sales and are happy to discount low overhead digital products to do so.


3. List out all things you could possibly charge each player for on the service

a.     Online shoppers/consumers -- 21-day programs, apps, book, training sessions with Dr. Sullivan, membership site subscriptions eventually

4. For 2 and 3 above give a very short reason you think the player would be motivated to need their contact or pay for the service.

Discount of X% if you get a friend to take a course with you, 2x for 2 friends, etc.
