Greetings! I used a basic circular logo treatment I had been playing with and applied some of the tips and tricks picked up in this course to build it into a vintage screen print styled t-shirt graphic. I built all of the color saturations out of halftone patterns to resemble the not so perfect t-shirt graphics of the past. I accidentally offset one of the halftone patterns on the type and discovered the screen strike like effect that I then copied to the bottom text. I think it has a nice, rich but antiquated feel.
This was a great class. I picked up a few tricks, primarily the halftone and pattern brush techniques. I only say those primarily because I was either aware or already had some of the other tricks in my toolbox.
