Vintage Cooking: Part 1: Cornish Miner Pasties

In this class the project will be making your own pasties. You can follow the original recipe or change it to suit your taste or dietary needs. Simply make sure it follows the basic pastie formula: Tasty filling baked inside a short crust shaped into a half moon. Enjoy!
