Very, very Tasty!

This is a really good recipe for a dish that I have never heard of or made before. In fact I am really only a novice risotto maker.

I tried the second recipe and was surprised how easy it is to find Italian Fig Jam in the UK.

The videos are excellent and I am pleased to see there are clear written instructions to go with the workshop. 

I am giving this full marks and even more when I finish off the leftovers  tomorrow for lunch.


I made the risotto the day before, so it was easier to shape it cold.


I followed the second method except for the Gorgonzola.
