Unfortunately, I ran out of time and so it’s not completely finished – the last 2 questions do not have all the answers – I have however described how I would work it out so hope that makes sense anyway.

I found it quite hard to get data on the current consumer, as the company is so new and there is little data generated at this stage. Any suggestions to what to do in these cases?
Where I work we usually combine the desk research with interviews, I think this really helps get some detail to the archetypes/personas. Any others have other suggestions to get the details?
