Use Exercise To Help Me Feel Happy

I know that exerise makes me happy. I feel it when I work out. (I'll be sweating for 10 minues and my mood starts to lighten. I get a natural high.)

I want to get more of this natural high. I also want to be more at peace with myself.

I figure that it'll be a two-fold experiment.

1) I will rate my mood  every day from a 1-10.

2) I will rate my mood after working out.

I will see if this rate improves over time.

The second part of this experiment involves mindfulness fitnss.

(1) I will also meditate ever day for a period of 10 minutes.

2) I wil rate my mood after meditation

I hope to see my mood improve along with my body image and shape.
