Understanding of Mindfulness 05/15/2022 - student project

In my understanding, mindfulness is the process of opening your mind to thoughts and actions without judgment. I think of it as something like delayed judgement. You want to process everything before making any assumptions.

I learned that mindfulness is the action of staying in the present moment. You may drift into your thoughts but it’s important to bring yourself back into the present moment.
