This is my first painting of the old barn. And first time using Sk. Petersburg watercolours also. I enjoyed drawing the barn, and I think it worked very well using a white crayon for the highlights. Easyer to control than the candle I have used before. 

But the barn seems to be floating, somehow. Do you have any suggestions? Is the foreground to bare?

While looking forward to your advice, I will start drawing the barn from the other photos, that you so generously shared with us :)
