I wasn't looking for something to enforce a habit (Lift.do does that nicely) or merely track stats while trying to achieve sustainable weight loss for myself (I use LoseIt! for food/exercise tracking). I say sustainable since I was great at losing weight but always gained some back.
Started experimenting with things for a week (different workouts, new foods, etc) until I not only reached my 20lb weight loss goal but have kept it off for the last 8 months.
Believe this approach could apply to many other goals, not just weight loss, and seeing what others are trying and what's working for them can help others on their journey.
Excited to learn to code and bring this to life!
