Training 6 days a week

I am going to loose he weight i have put on and regain the fitness i have lost since injuring my knee.

I'm am going to start training consistantly after work to improve my fitness and keep up with the young ones at work.

I will run atleast 3 days a week and supplement the rest of the days with classes (Spin and Thump boxing).

I will not um and ahh when it comes to training and i will ride my bike to and from work atleast 3 days a week as well.
