I totally hate running. I have always looked at runners thinking, "I'll never be that crazy." "I'll never be one of those crazy fit people who run all the time." But.. the problem is, I am overweight and I don't know how to lose it. I've tried walking, eating better, cardio kickboxing, but nothing has helped. I'm 20 pounds overwieght and it seems impossible to lose those 20 pounds.
I have started a running program. I run 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 8 weeks to a 5k. I'm on week 2. It's gonna be a long journey, but I'm ready to make the change. I want to go from running hater to being one of "those people who run."
