Think of traffic like playing y.oyo. We drive from home x to destination y and n places before driving home again. *
Does it make sense that we drive to the supermarket and back regularly (at least in the U.S.)?
And the supermarket is in the shopping center in a lot of cases.
So is there a way to develop a database of traffic destination preferences. For example ranking importance and frequency of destinations like work, shopping,gym, doctor and so forth by SMSA capturing a sufficient sample size to crunch the data intelligently?
So why couldn't we use a carefully constructed database that includes a driver database preference inventory with a weather forecast to infer probabilities of traffic jams?
