To sweet dreams (and sound sleep)

I can't wait to try these.

Some of things I am already doing:

- exercise 30+ minutes 5 days a week

- limit coffee/soda/tea

- limit alcohol

- sleep temperature

To do soon:

- f.lux

- use smart alarm

- monitor my hydration level (I may already be there, but I don't really know how much I am drinking)

Hope to do:

- consistent bedtime

- bright light box

Not sure about:

- two 15 minute walks outside (many of my excercise happen outdoors, so not sure if this is necessary)
