To meditate for 10 minutes every day

My habit personality type is Questioner / Upholder

I signed up as I cannot always build new habits into my life - sometimes they stick and sometimes they don't. And then life can take over and it all falls apart. I liked the sound of this title being about designing new behaviours.

My most successful habit change in recent times has been to quit sugar from my diet, down to a very minimal level from addicted level. I am almost 18 months into this new part of my life and on the whole have found it relatively easy to do.
