To fit in (a T-Shirt)

So I have been overweight for most of my life. I am trying to change this year. My biggest issue has been staying consistant with exercise. Any program I try to do never lasts more than a week.Heres to a new year and fitting to my old shirts


  1. In 2003, I got a a Old Navy flag T- Shirt  size XL. My main goal is to go down a shirt size by June to be able to fit in that again
  2. Walk/run for at least 30 min for 3 days a week.
  3. Practice Tai Chi  for 20 min every day.
